Fix SQLite database queue acknowledgement after a workflow job's handler returns.
- Acknowledge only the original job ID, queue, reservation and attempt, preserving a newer worker's claim.
- Avoid the read-to-write transaction upgrade during acknowledgement. Retry a busy DELETE only after a proven rollback on the original SQLite connection, with bounded attempts and retry admission.
- Preserve handler execution, uncertain commit/rollback handling, custom application connectors and other database drivers.
This extends the default SQLite database queue integration across supported Laravel 9 through 13 while retaining their existing reservation behavior. Restart queue workers after upgrading.
The correction and actual two-worker timer qualification are tracked in #772. SQLite queue recovery guidance explains reservation versus acknowledgement errors and safe recovery from sustained contention.
