Activity completion, failure and heartbeat renewal now respect the current lease and execution deadlines. Expired authority cannot be revived by a late heartbeat or outcome. The guard checks again after payload preparation.
Valid renewal, internal timeout handling and normal recovery of the same activity execution remain supported. The correction applies to embedded Laravel execution and the PHP Server package.
Based on published 2.5.13, with only this correction, focused tests, documentation and exact release metadata. Full source qualification passed all database feature shards, coverage and Laravel 9–13 upgrade profiles on the identical reviewed release tree.
