- Exclude the test tree from Composer distribution archives (#1064), avoiding
thetests/Fixturesandtests/fixturesdirectory collision when vendor
files are synchronized to a case-insensitive filesystem. Source checkouts
retain the complete test corpus. Runtime code, history, schema, public APIs
and the 2.21.0 platform support floors are unchanged.
Published-package verification passed all six jobs: exact installed package/platform conformance and all five supported Laravel 12/13 upgrade and queue-worker cells. Canonical post-product PHP, private-pip and Composer cleanup passed.
