Workflow2.21.0 supports PHP8.2+ with patched Laravel12/13 (^12.69.0|^13.30.0). Laravel10/11 and PHP8.1 applications should keep their Workflow2.20.x lock while upgrading their platform. Stable-v1 history ownership and coexistence rules are unchanged.
This release adds namespace-bound schedule visibility predicates and optional guarded local-activity retry contract2 helpers. The default bridge does not enable the new retry role. It also includes the MySQL parallel-Activity continuation prevention fix from2.20.5; already-stranded runs are not automatically repaired.
