workflow:v2:replay-verify now accepts a failed run whose replay reproduces its recorded failure. A matching exception class and message reports replayed with replay.recorded_failure; a redacted bundle compares by class only. A different exception still reports replay_error and adds error.recorded_failure. The reason set is unchanged, so Server's replay verification contract is unaffected.
