Admitted workflow-query service calls can use the existing durable dispatcher without holding a database transaction while a worker answers. The trusted host capability persists one accepted query intent, fences expired or replaced claims, and retries short result writes independently of business attempts.
The repair includes file-backed SQLite concurrent-replay and independent-writer controls, claim recovery, immutable query arguments/target, authorization, cancellation/deadline and per-attempt retry coverage. Ordinary published-package and supported Laravel upgrade verification passed.
The Server integration and exact published-image acceptance remain in Server #794. Existing Server images retain their bundled Core until a new image is released.
