Core 2.15.10 restores parent delivery when a child resolves after the parent worker has claimed its history and the worker completes into another wait. The bridge offers that outcome one follow-up replay task, preserving task coalescing, terminal parents and parallel child barriers.
The release also clarifies that Laravel 9 support is limited to existing lockfiles that need to upgrade or drain. Its TokenGuard advisory remains unfixed; keep the documented exposure restriction and migration policy. Laravel constraints and Composer security blocking are unchanged.
- Late-child delivery and combined policy change (#963)
- Exact merged-source qualification
- Laravel 9 migration follow-up (#922)
No database migration, worker-protocol change or SDK release is required. Server images pinned to an earlier Core package need their own qualified dependency update and publication.
