Keeps eligible embedded activity leases alive through a fresh metadata-only PHP helper while the original callback retains its process, injected services, captured state and application connections. The helper preserves original task, worker, session and business deadlines, stops when its original parent exits, and is joined before recording the outcome. It does not fabricate heartbeat progress or revive lost authority.
SQLite maintenance reopens the actual current journal mode instead of replaying stale startup configuration. Environments without the required process capabilities retain the original grant behavior.

The service-mode Server/SDK integration and actual six-minute plus killed-worker acceptance remain tracked under #878. This package publication alone does not complete that cross-repository issue.
