Fix durable activity, timer, and memo calls in finally blocks when a suspended workflow Fiber is discarded. Cleanup continues through normal durable replay without a force-closed Fiber error. Cancellation and termination do not run application cleanup automatically. Verified across the supported PHP/Laravel matrix, real queued execution, and fresh-process replay. See #481 and #480.
