New feature: item.relatedItems in library note templates — resolves Zotero dc:relation URIs against the local DB with a full field reference table and a ready-to-use template snippet.

Bug fix: The "Update all library source notes" commands were broken (passing an empty item list, making the batch task a no-op). Fixed by pre-fetching all top-level item identifiers before scheduling. Also documents the command rename.
