Swift 6.2 compatibility

TurboFieldfare builds again with the Swift 6.2 toolchains in Xcode 26.0 through 26.3. The server no longer passes actor-isolated image state through helper closures that those compilers reject.

Notable

• Restore release builds on supported Swift 6.2 toolchains while retaining Swift 6.3 support.
• Return 400 invalid_image for truncated image uploads instead of a retryable 500 response.
• Keep image IDs paired with their plans and release open ImageIO plans before rendering conversation history.
• Add an Xcode 26.3 release-build gate to CI.
• Keep the affected server and transcript tests compatible with Swift 6.2.
