Multi-turn conversations

The Mac app now keeps one conversation in memory and reuses its KV cache across turns. Text and image turns stay aligned, and New Chat clears the retained state.

Notable

• Continue a conversation without rebuilding the full prompt on every turn.
• See current context use and image capacity.
• Copy one answer, the last answer, or the full conversation.
• Keep Stop, retry, and service relaunch behavior tied to the correct conversation.
• Fail closed if KV recovery or committed-token accounting becomes uncertain.
• Set TURBO_FIELDFARE_APP_CONVERSATION=0 to restore the single-prompt path.
