What's Changed

• Fix REST methods — add requestKey + fix internal methods (#232)
• Bump pkg/chains/public submodule for the flare validate-peers fix (#235) — Flare (go-flare / Avalanche C-chain) always reports net_peerCount: 0x0, which left flare/flare-testnet upstreams stuck as IMMATURE; they are now validated like avalanche/kite.
