This stable release includes fixes and device support patches from previous beta version v2.5.82.

- Fix frame counter not fresh enough after reboot or power-loss. This issue happened in some setups and caused the network to be not reachable for a while (mostly 5–10 minutes sometimes hours).
- Fix ConBee I and RaspBee I PANID and Zigbee channel got scrambled under rare conditions.
- Fix GLIBC issue on Raspbian. GCFFlasher 3.15 no longer is linked against a specific version libWiringPi.
The firmware is included in the deCONZ package and can be updated via Phoscon App.
