Patch release for print group compartment inserts.
- Fixes separately printed no-margin BOX_FEATURE print groups so isolated compartments reserve and emit a wall-thickness rim/walls instead of only base/chamfer helper geometry.
- Keeps explicit FTR_MARGIN_FBLR print-group behavior unchanged.
- Adds a regression fixture for a no-margin compartment printed as its own group.
