A patch release on the node's update entity and the guest agent repair.

• Fixed: a node with the bundled Ceph packages waiting reported a latest version of 19.2.6 — Ceph's own numbering — instead of the pending Proxmox VE release. The version now comes from pve-manager, which is what pveversion reports. (#683, reported by @iago-veiga)
• Fixed: the guest agent repair named VM.GuestAgent.Audit and VM.GuestAgent.FileRead only; Proxmox accepts VM.GuestAgent.Unrestricted for either, so the repair and the permissions table now say so.
• The release notes mark a package apt would install rather than upgrade as new:, instead of showing a lone version — a new kernel brings its own versioned package names along, and those have no version to come from.

Nothing needs to be reconfigured.
