🐛 serve-vnc no longer freezes mid-session
serve-vnc now sends a periodic video Receiver Report, so the device stops reaping the video session after ~25 s — the mirror stays live instead of freezing on a stale frame.
✨ serve-web stream-recovery hardening + research toggles
serve-web gains motion/stall recovery and runtime-flippable research knobs — RTCP feedback (--rctl, /debug/rctl-{on,off}), forced-IDR refresh (--motion-idr, /debug/idr-{on,off}), and viewer collapse-compensation (--compensate) — plus fixes for fps stability under motion, query-string routing, home-indicator canvas resize, and audio/video RTCP keepalives.
