✨ Trigger DEP cloud-configuration enrollment
A new profile download-cloud-configuration command asks the device to download and apply its DEP cloud configuration, optionally with MDM enrollment credentials. It does nothing on a device that is already enrolled. profile cloud-configuration is unchanged and still only gets and sets the configuration. Thanks @aaronmaxlevy! (#2035)
