Highlights

🐛 syslog live no longer crashes or garbles colors when highlighting matches

With colored output, a -mi term that crossed a field boundary ended the stream with ValueError: substring not found on the first matching line:

pymobiledevice3 syslog live -mi "<error>"

-m and -e had the same root cause and corrupted the colors instead: -m 1, -m "[" or -e '\d+' matched inside the terminal escape codes. Matches are now located on the plain line, and every hit is highlighted, not only the first.

Regexes passed to -e/-ei are compiled as given, so inline flags and backreferences work (-e '(?i)error'). The lines a pattern selects are unchanged.
