Highlights

🐛 restore no longer hangs silently when ASR never comes up

If restored never opened its ASR port, the restore retried the connection forever, with no delay between attempts, so it sat there hammering usbmuxd and printing nothing. The connection is now retried 30 times, 2 s apart (about a minute, the same limit idevicerestore uses), and then fails with a ConnectionFailedError instead of hanging.
