Memory Maintenance Tools & Hybrid Sync Performance
This release introduces 5 new maintenance scripts for memory hygiene workflows, delivers a 5x performance boost to hybrid sync operations, and fixes schema migration for existing databases.

Memory Maintenance Scripts (5 new utilities in scripts/maintenance/)
- auto_retag_memory.py - Auto-tag single memory with complete tag replacement
- auto_retag_memory_merge.py - Auto-tag with merge (preserves specific tags)
- delete_test_memories.py - Bulk delete test memories with confirmation
- retag_valuable_memories.py - Bulk retag valuable untagged memories
- cleanup_memories.py - Rewritten classifier for test vs valuable memories (HTTP-API based)
- Impact: Easier memory hygiene workflows for large datasets

- AGENTS.md - New server management and cleanup commands reference
- README.md - New Memory Maintenance & Cleanup section with workflows

Hybrid Sync Performance (5x speedup)
- Issue: Hard-coded batch_size=10 limit in hybrid.py ignored .env configuration
- Fix: Removed override, now respects MCP_HYBRID_BATCH_SIZE (default: 50)
- Impact: 5x faster bulk operations (50 vs 10 concurrent requests)
- Real-world: Resolved stuck sync with 746 deletion queue
Schema Migration on Existing Databases
- Issue: deleted_at column migration only ran on fresh installs
- Fix: Migration now runs unconditionally on startup for all databases
- Impact: Ensures tombstone support works on existing installations
