PATCH release. The published standard/:latest Docker image had onnxruntime but not tokenizers, so the ONNX embedding backend could never initialize. On a fresh database this degraded silently to SHA256 hash pseudo-vectors; on a database with existing data, the v11.5.2 embedding-integrity guard correctly refused that fallback, so the container crash-looped at startup instead.

Fixed in #164:
- tokenizers>=0.22.2 is now a declared dependency of the [sqlite] extra, so this is fixed for a plain pip install ".[sqlite]" too, not just Docker.
- The Docker build's ONNX check is now a hard gate that imports both onnxruntime and tokenizers, so a missing dependency fails the build instead of shipping a broken image.
- The test harness now sets MCP_MEMORY_ONNX_ALLOW_DOWNLOAD=0 so CI stays offline and deterministic now that tokenizers is present (ONNXEmbeddingModel otherwise defaults to allowing a one-time ~80MB model download).
No API or config changes. Upgrade by pulling the new image or bumping the package version.
