MINOR release: conditional temporal decay for search relevance, a functional belief derivation pipeline, a consolidation clustering fix, and bootstrap profile belief injection with task-aware retrieval.

Added

• feat(retrieve): conditional temporal decay for search relevance (#123, @filhocf). Opt-in via MEMORY_DECAY_WINDOW_DAYS (default 0 = disabled, zero behavior change for existing users). When enabled, recent memories rank above older ones with equivalent similarity.
• feat(bootstrap): inject derived beliefs into the bootstrap profile and support task-aware retrieval (#120, #121 patch 4, PR #127, @filhocf). New task_summary and budget_tokens params on get_bootstrap_profile. Belief derivation is gated behind MCP_BELIEFS_ENABLED (default false).

Fixed

• fix(beliefs): semantic grouping + noise filter make derive_beliefs functional (#121 patches 1+2, PR #124, @filhocf). Previously grouped by exact content equality, resulting in zero belief promotions ever on real data.
• fix(consolidation): restore include_embeddings=True at the three _get_memories_for_horizon() call sites in the consolidation scheduler (PR #126, @filhocf). Regression from #985 caused zero clusters and zero associations on real databases because clustering filtered out all memories when embeddings were None.
