PATCH release: claude-hooks noise reduction - auto-capture moved to Stop event and gated on substantive content.
Fixed
- Auto-capture now fires once per turn at the Stop event instead of on every PostToolUse call, eliminating duplicate low-value memory entries per turn.
- Word-boundary anchors added to trigger regex patterns so substrings of ordinary words (e.g. "error" inside "errored") no longer produce false-positive captures.
- Session-end consolidation (session-end.js) now gates on isSessionMeaningful(): sessions that only match generic topic/next-step keywords but contain no real decisions, insights, or code changes are skipped, preventing floods of 0.0-quality "Session Summary" memories.
