v10.74.1 — patch release

Fixed
- fix(harvest): reject OpenClaw prompt preamble noise in PatternExtractor (PR #46, @filhocf)
Adds _is_openclaw_preamble() filter to harvest/extractor.py (+21 lines).
The OpenClaw gateway prepends "Sender (untrusted metadata): Conversation context:..." to user
prompts; PatternExtractor was matching "Sender:" as a decision pattern and generating false
positive harvest candidates. The fix checks the first 200 characters for gateway markers
("Sender (untrusted metadata):", "Conversation context:", "(untrusted metadata):") and rejects
the input before pattern matching. Completes the third issue from #43, which was deferred during
v10.74.0.
No API changes. No storage migrations. Safe to upgrade from v10.74.0 in-place.
