12152: Fix schema merge conflicts for checks on mixed-case columns
Resolve CHECK column references case-insensitively during schema merges, preventing false deleted-column conflicts for mixed-case column names.

12131: Project rows in DOLT_LOG
LogTable implements ProjectedNode, because it needs to detect which columns have been selected so it knows which values to compute. But it doesn't trim columns based on the projection. This prevents us from being able to remove Project nodes on DOLT_LOG system table queries.
When combined with dolthub/go-mysql-server#4011, this would have resulted in pruning the columnSet for DOLT_LOG without pruning the schema, which would result in incorrect offset cacluation during assignExecOffsets. This change prevents that interaction.
