Stripped to exact same frames
- Removed ALL FC parameter writes, Assistant Unlock, C0 unlock, SET parameter, LE-5, config frame
- Now sends exactly: trigger SET commands + keepalive payloads + radio FCC + WIFI/OFDM config
- 23 frames (was 52) — no extra frames that could interfere
Install fix
- Uses PackageInstaller session API + REQUEST_INSTALL_PACKAGES permission
