⚠ BREAKING CHANGES

• stream: the browser build follows Node where it used to differ.
  • compose() with no stage throws ERR_MISSING_ARGS; a single stage becomes
    Duplex.from(stage) rather than being returned as is.
  • compose() returns the entry's Duplex (ComposedDuplex<In, Out>), not ITransform.
  • Readable.from(blob), Duplex.fromWeb(readableStream) and Duplex.toWeb(readable)
    are rejected, as Node rejects them.
  • Readable.from(webStream) reads it as an async iterable (object mode by default).
  • The classes' fromWeb / toWeb keep Node's behaviour, defects included; use the
    module's functions for the fixed behaviour.
  • setDefaultHighWaterMark validates its value as Node does.
  • readableStreamToAsyncIterable yields every value, null and undefined included.
