⚠ BREAKING CHANGES

• mcp: a PDF conversion that would have written .notdef boxes now fails. Pass allowMissingGlyphs: true to restore the previous behaviour, or configure --pdf-font with a face that covers the text. Latin, Greek, Cyrillic and the symbol blocks are drawn from built-in outlines and never trigger it.

• pdf: Draw the scripts the fallback wrongly gave up on, and complete Latin Extended-B (b97fa00), closes #218
