This release adds ACP request trace propagation, new lint cops for code quality, and a fix for lean TUI scrollback preservation during partial tool calls.

• Adds ACP request trace propagation using W3C traceparent/tracestate headers, with server spans for each of the 13 implemented agent protocol handlers
