CESuite v0.2.0-beta1

CESuite v0.2.0-beta1 introduces passive, bounded static Lua AOB inventory in both runtime distributions (Autorun and Core CT) and the offline CT Analyzer.

Inspected Lua scripts are analyzed purely at the lexical and AST level without executing code, activating cheats, or calling target scan APIs.
