Changes in this release
Fix for #428 PDF results-preview: wrong character: The encoding detection code is incorrectly detecting some files using the default encoding. Changed pdftotext argument to output plain text in UTF-8.
Fix for #429 Plugins does not load because of ToUpper's default culture behaviour: Removed the culture-dependent ToUpper to match the plugin config tokens.
Updated some Nuget packages.
