Changed the character set detector library from a port of the Mozilla Universal Charset Detector maintained internally to the github project UTFUnknown: https://github.com/CharsetDetector/UTF-unknown. The UTFUnknown project is actively maintained where the one previously in dnGrep has seen very few changes over the years.

Added font size and font family adjustment to the dnGrep options.

Fix for issue #405 where dnGrep shows an file lock error for files that should be ignored. Changed the order that the filters are applied so that filters that need to read the file are applied after filters that do not read the file.

Added additional check for locked files to avoid errors trying to read them.
