Added
- Settings → Logs: the server's own log as it's written. Pick a watch level (debug, info, warning or error and up), filter by text, follow live, download or clear. The record level can be lowered for the running server, so debug lines can be watched without a restart. It returns to the configured level on restart. Device tokens and pairing codes in a line are masked.
- Hardware: Pimoroni Badger 2040 W (296x128 black and white) and Badger 2350 (264x176, four greys), driven by the new tesserae-device-badger app inside each badge's stock launcher. Both pair from the Discovered strip, and A/B/C/up/down arrive as button wakes with their own keys. The Badger 2350 is confirmed on hardware; the 2040 W is not yet.
- Update badge on edge: an edge Docker image (and a source checkout on main) shows the topbar update badge when main has moved on, with how many new commits there are, like stable does for a new release. Edge images now carry the commit they were built from; one built before this change has none to compare, so its badge starts with the next edge image.
- Docs: the README, the client install page and the compatibility matrix list the Inky Frame firmware (tesserae-device-inkyframe, Spectra 6 confirmed) and the Badger app.
Fixed
- Firmware: when automatic updates cannot use the newest release (the descriptor did not download or verify), the server logs a warning naming the kind and the reason, once an hour, instead of only at debug level, where it looked like the update was simply not being offered.
