Better Help and Usage

• Keymap help is now a floating window. In the future I will add fuzzy search to it so it's easier to find the command you're looking for.
• --help will now print a much nicer output thanks to https://github.com/charmbracelet/fang. I've also added a couple of usage examples.

To update run:

gh extension upgrade enhance
