• Caught exception when ws.spotify.com couldn't be resolved. This fixes #10 by catching the exception thrown when ws.spotify.com could not be resolved. In the case the name cannot be resolved then a blank image will be saved in its place.
• Remove unnecessary code related to saving album artwork to disk. Hopefully this fixes #9.
