Lots of fixes and improvements + custom bell MIB file

• Automatically remove factory_conf.Reservedata setting created by setting onu_mac in load_cli since it causes the stick to reboot every few minutes
• Added 8311_factory_mode fwenv to enable factory mode, without this setting factory mode will get disabled automatically.
• Added 8311_lct_mac fwenv to set the LCT management interface MAC address
• Added 8311_iphost_mac fwenv to set the IP Host MAC address sent in ME 134
• Added binary mods to libponnet to change the files used to determine the hostname and domain name to files in /tmp
• Added 8311_iphost_domain fwenv to set the IP Host Domain Name sent in ME 134
• Added 8311_iphost_hostname fwenv to set the IP Host Hostname sent in ME 134
• Added totally custom prx300_1V_bell.ini mib file which replicates the Bell HH4K/GigaHub as closely as possible. Make sure to set the 8311_iphost_mac fwenv before using.
