What's new

Portable mode: if a file named portable sits next to the executable, all settings are kept in a config folder beside it instead of the platform config directory. The Windows .zip now ships with this marker, so it can run from a USB stick without touching %APPDATA%. Delete the marker to go back to normal. This works on Linux and macOS too (#20)
New sort keys: change time, access time and birth (creation) time. The panel menu now has a Sort order submenu that shows the current key and toggles (#23)
"Directories first" can now be turned off to sort folders and files together (#23)
Symlinks to folders can now be entered and are sorted together with the folders (#22)
Fixed a linking error when building on illumos and Solaris (#24)
