Series (M3U)
- Series play on the panels that space the episode marker - "Show S01 E01". A whole family of m3u_plus panels writes it that way, and only the glued "S01E02" was recognised: every episode stayed its own card, opening one found no episode list behind it, and nothing ever collapsed into a show. Both shapes are now read, so episodes group into one card per show with a playable episode list, and Up Next, subtitle naming, Continue Watching labels and Trakt/Simkl scrobbling read the season out of the spaced marker too. Catalogues cached before the fix recover on their own - no re-import needed.
Plugins
- Stremio addons install beside the JS plugins. Settings > Plugins takes an addon's manifest URL or stremio:// link, lists it with the scripts, tagged by kind, and gives it its own page (enable/disable, update by re-fetching the manifest, remove). Find Stream queries every enabled addon for movies and series: direct stream URLs join the web tier, infoHash streams resolve through debrid or the built-in torrent engine, and streams carry their proxy headers and sidecar subtitles into playback. Addons count towards Find Stream availability, and the auto-update toggle refreshes their manifests alongside the scripts.
Streaming sites
- CineLite joins the scrapers. Search and detail go through TMDB - its item ids are TMDB ids - and playback talks to the site's own media API with its invisible Cloudflare check solved behind the scenes by the WebView resolver; subtitles come from the same API, proxied the same way.
Backup & restore
- A backup now carries the app's saved settings. Restoring on a new device brings the General, Filters and Playback panes, the parental PIN, the diagnostics toggles, the sites pane's extra-buffering switch and the player's A/V offset - credentials and provider data stay deliberately excluded - and an older backup without the section imports exactly as before. A restored UI language applies without a restart.
Fixes
- A cancelled Up Next offer stays cancelled. The card was re-raised by the once-a-second tick for the rest of the episode's final minute and could take the controls bar back down with it; a refusal is now remembered for the episode playing.
- Continue Watching stops doubling an episode after a mid-playback version switch. Each copy kept its own in-progress key, so the copy left behind stayed on the shelf beside the new one; the position is handed over and the old entry cleared.
- The Search pill hides when there is nothing to search. A plugin-only setup whose lists the search never walks no longer keeps a Search that can only ever answer "no results".
- Release builds ship a working Simkl pane - the Simkl client id now reaches CI and release builds from repository secrets, the way Trakt's and TMDB's credentials do.
