Changes

Fix build and dependency issues:
- Sync the fallback for FreeType and HarfBuzz to guarantee rendering stack compatibility.
- Add a fallback for Lua fetched directly from lua.org with a custom, sandboxed, static CMakeLists.txt (disabling dlopen).
