Changes

• Suppress terminal's scrollback buffer related key bindings when alternate buffer is active.
  The following keys should now not be intercepted when alternate buffer is active (in default configuration):
  • Alt+RightArrow
  • Alt+LeftArrow
  • Shift+Ctrl+PageUp
  • Shift+Ctrl+PageDown
  • Shift+Alt+LeftArrow
  • Shift+Alt+RightArrow
  • Shift+Ctrl+UpArrow
  • Shift+Ctrl+DownArrow
  • Shift+Ctrl+LeftArrow
  • Shift+Ctrl+RightArrow
  • Shift+Ctrl+Home
  • Shift+Ctrl+End
    Note: You can always enable the Exclusive keyboard mode for the terminal window to ensure that all keyboard inputs are directly passed into the terminal.
• Update doc\apps.md:
  • Support for outputting plain text over other colored text while preserving all SGR attributes (a-la transparent color).
  • Support for printing SGR attributes without text over existing text (coloring by printing colored null characters).
  • UI Shadows as SGR attribute.
