Breaking changes

GenAI simulations: journeys renamed to episodes (matches the GenAI API)
The doctl evaluation simulation-run subcommands were renamed. The old command
names have been removed — scripts using them will fail with "unknown command".

Old	New
`simulation-run list-journeys <run-uuid>`	`simulation-run list-episodes <run-uuid>`
`simulation-run get-journey <run> <id>`	`simulation-run get-episode <run> <id>`

get-trajectory / get-trajectory-url keep their names; their second argument
is now <episode-uuid> (was <journey-uuid>).
Short aliases ls-j and g-j continue to work.
JSON output (-o json) field names changed: total_journeys → total_episodes,
journeys_finished → episodes_finished, journey_uuid → episode_uuid,
journey_index → episode_index.
