Story
- [CITE-2] - Extra data needs to be stored in 'extra' field.
- [CITE-3] - It should be possible to add a URI to an author.
- [CITE-4] - add a concept field to citations
- [CITE-5] - It should be possible to edit existing authors
- [CITE-6] - Updating an item: it has to be possible to add and remove editors
- [CITE-8] - when editing a citation, fields that are shown need to be filtered according to valid fields for a item type (dynamically via javascript depending on what item type is selected)
- [CITE-10] - add other creators
- [CITE-12] - there should be page that lists all managed authority entries
- [CITE-15] - URI search should search stored managed entities
