Git Repositories:
- Glyphs "up" and "down" in repositories grid.
- Operation column shows text in red when different from "None".
- Info about Repository and Branch in Commit dialog.
- Refresh button in Commit dialog.
- Use Branch Selector dialog in Cherry Pick (this allows local branches).
- Do not list remote branches that have same name as local branches in Checkout Remote Branch (even if local branch is not tracked).
