Knoppers 4 Experimental replaces the broken Knoppers 2 and Knoppers 3 Experimental installers.
This build produces the Apps runtime packages during a clean Electron build, ships every production dependency used by the embedded server (including TypeScript), and gates publication on an isolated import from the finished app.asar.
