Adds current-cycle paid tracking for manual subscriptions.
Subscriptions that are not on autopay can now be marked as paid from the Subscriptions List. Paid status applies only to the currently shown billing cycle, so the next cycle automatically appears unpaid without requiring a reset job. Autopay subscriptions are unchanged.
Warning: this release modifies the SQLite database schema by adding nullable paid_cycle_due_date and paid_at columns to the subscriptions table. Existing data is preserved, but backing up your data/ directory before upgrading is recommended.
