Adds optional end dates for subscriptions.
Subscriptions can now be given an end date so stopped subscriptions remain in history without continuing to affect current or future totals. Existing subscriptions remain active unless an end date is set.
Warning: this release modifies the SQLite database schema by adding a nullable end_date column to the subscriptions table. Existing data is preserved, but backing up your data/ directory before upgrading is recommended.
