- (#670) Fixed application link verification flow breaking on unordered IBC channels
Due to the different Desmos version currently running on morpheus-apollo-2 and on desmos-mainnet, there will be two different v2.3.0 versions. Both of them will contain the same changes, but one will be used on our testnet (v2.3.0-testnet) and one on our mainnet (v2.3.0-mainnet). The only difference between them will be the how the v2.3.0 on-chain upgrade will be handled. As they have two different states, we need to handle them differently.
