The model-aware class annotator now runs for classes that use LocatorAwareTrait or have a fetchTable() method, and annotates properties assigned via $this->Foo = $this->fetchTable('Foo'). Legacy fetchModel() calls are still picked up. #484

Re-run bin/cake annotate all after updating. Classes that assign tables through fetchTable() get new property annotations, so a CI dry-run check will report changes until they are committed.
