Improvements

• Support new Cake\ORM\Table TEntity template param on CakePHP 5.4+ — the @extends annotation now emits the entity FQCN as a second template argument so Psalm v7 stops reporting MissingTemplateParam on every table class. Output on CakePHP < 5.4 is unchanged.
